Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser

   This promotion ("Promotion") is organised by MetLife Investment Management and PineBridge Investments, together referred to as the "Organiser".

2. Eligibility

   The Promotion is open only to invited clients and business partners of the Organiser (each an "Eligible Organisation").
   
   Participants must be aged 18 or above and submit their entry using a valid Eligible Organisation issued email address.
   
   Entries submitted using personal email accounts including but not limited to Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail will be deemed invalid.
   
   Employees of the Organiser and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
   
   Each participant is entitled to one entry only per email address. Multiple entries using the same email address may be disqualified.
   
   The Organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time including requesting proof of employment or affiliation with an Eligible Organisation.

3. Promotion Period

   The Promotion will run from 16 June 2026 to 20 July 2026 (both dates inclusive) referred to as the "Promotion Period".
   
   Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

   To participate, participants must create a personalised player card via the campaign platform and submit the required details through the entry form during the Promotion Period.
   
   Each valid submission constitutes one entry.
   
   Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate or non-compliant entries may be disqualified.

5. Promotion Mechanic and Prize Allocation

   Prizes will be awarded based on the chronological order in which valid entries by eligible participants are received and recorded in the Organiser's system. Under no circumstances will winners be selected by random draw or chance.
   
   Every 20th valid and eligible participant during the Promotion Period, for example 20th, 40th and 60th entry and so on will be designated as a prize recipient.
   
   A maximum total of 100 prizes will be awarded under this Promotion.
   
   If a participant who would otherwise be entitled to a prize based on the entry sequence is found to be ineligible, has used a personal email address, submitted an invalid, incomplete or duplicate entry, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, that participant will be disqualified. The prize will then be allocated to the next participant in the entry sequence who submits a valid entry and meets the eligibility requirements.

6. Prizes

   Prizes include MetLife branded merchandise or other promotional items.
   
   Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
   
   Prizes are available while stocks last, subject to the maximum allocation stated above.

7. Winner Notification

   Eligible winners will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry.
   
   Winners must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification email.
   
   Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternative eligible participant may be selected.

8. Use of Submitted Content

   Participants acknowledge and agree that any player card images generated through the platform are for entertainment purposes only. Participants consent to use of the photograph they submit to be used in the generation of the player card.
   
   The Organiser is not responsible for any content shared by participants on third party platforms or any misuse of generated images outside the platform. By sharing any generated player card images, the participant agrees that such sharing shall be conducted in a lawful and professional manner and shall not be obscene, defamatory, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate, nor associated with hate speech or any content that could harm, disparage, or otherwise be injurious to the Organiser or its reputation.
   
   A participant must use only his or her own photograph when creating a player card. Participants must not upload, submit or use any image depicting a celebrity, professional athlete, public figure or any other third party.
   
   Each participant is solely responsible for the content submitted or used by him or her, and for ensuring that such content:
   
   

   • does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party; and
   • complies with all applicable laws and regulations
   
   The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claim or liability arising from or in connection with any photograph submitted or used by a participant.
   
   The Organiser reserves the right to reject, remove or disqualify any submission that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
   
   The jersey graphics, colours, icons and templates available through the Promotion are intended to be generic, stylised and purely illustrative in nature, and are not intended to represent any official team, competition or third party brand.
   
   This Promotion is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, FIFA, any national football team, league or association, and all team representations are fictionalised.

9. Data Privacy

   Personal data collected will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion only.
   
   Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Organiser's applicable privacy policies.

10. General Conditions

    The Organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
    
    This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by FIFA.

11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, the Organiser shall not be liable for any technical failures or system disruptions, any lost, delayed or invalid entries or any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
